Product Line B: Si-TPV
After 8 years of dedicated research into silicone–plastic compatibility, in 2020, we successfully overcame the longstanding challenge of incompatibility between TPU and silicone rubber. By leveraging advanced compatibility technology and dynamic vulcanization, we developed Si-TPV—a series of dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic Silicone-based elastomer that combine the properties and benefits of both silicone rubber and thermoplastic elastomers. Unlike traditional thermoplastic elastomer, silicone rubber, Si-TPVs can be recycled and reused in manufacturing processes.

This innovation enables the creation of materials as soft and gentle as a baby’s skin, offering a skin-friendly, visually appealing, comfortable, and durable solution for applications in films, silicone vegan leather, wearable devices, electronics, consumer products, toys, handle grips, and more.

In addition to being used as standalone materials, Si-TPVs can also function as high-performance additives or modifiers for TPE and TPU. They enhance surface smoothness, tactile comfort, and matte appearance, while reducing hardness—without compromising key properties such as mechanical strength, aging resistance, yellowing resistance, or stain resistance.
